Feeling Good in 2011
We all want to feel good right?
& we all feel amazing after any form of exercise,
and I notice from what most people say time is a challenge....
what most don't realize is that even 20 minutes a day of focused exercise can make a huge difference in your health and the way you feel....
may I suggest that our health is one of THE most important things in our lives....
and we still say I have no time 4 it....
hmmmm I really want everyone 2 know how amazing their bodies r and how moving in every way can make you feel sooo happy...
but u will never know till u begin exploring all u can do with it.....
so here's a little fun exercise u can all do:

Take out a piece of paper and write down all the ways ur body can potentially move...
HAVE FUN WITH IT!!!! (if u have children do it with them)
Write it all down... headstands, headstands, summersaults, climbing jumping, crawling, dancing, hip hopping, kicking, running, slow, fast, sharp, flowing, graceful, awkward, robotic, climbing, booty shaking, punching, stretching....well u get the idea right?
So now every week choose one of those things 2 try for 15 minutes...
You will feel so much joy and happiness and the things u never ever thought u would never do with your body will become reality!!!!! Wooooooooooop!!!!!!
